''Grace Garden'' 30x24 oil on canvas
30 x 24 oil on thick canvas
This one has an elegance of its own.
This is part of my garden where I let the beautiful wildflowers coexist with the perennials. I was inspired to paint it against my house with the shadows of a tree in the background that to me look like a map of another world. As I was painting it I could hear the a breeze that gently flowed over the flowers combining them. I just painted what I saw and there was a beautiful pattern with a dark backdrop against the wild Mullein. Find a place in your home for this bright number as it will continue to communicate grace to the viewer for years to come.

''Walking Through'' 36x36 oil $1500
“Walking Through” 36 x 36 oil $1500
This painting took me a very long time to complete, it changed and morphed into many different things until it’s settled into it self. It was inspired by a beautiful walk in Vermont a few years ago by a lake. That feeling when just are near enough to see vaguely that something beautiful is just ahead. It involves a feeling of home, security and comfort. This painting was born out of a bit weariness, but by time and patience it produced its fruit. I am happy the way it turned out, a song of deliverance in a sense!
It’s available if you would like it to be on your wall to give you hope as it did me.
